This beauty is definitely fascinating if not a Fascinator- gorgeous brown wool felt hat with net lace in front and the back has an awesome design of Dove birds, this must have been a courting hat, perfect for that long walk in park, I think this is very old, it is in good antique condition for its age, no holes in the felt, a few minor breaks in the netting, no tags, measures approx 17.5" on the inside, the birds are 7" long x 9" wide.
